“I found my way into the hospitality industry by coincidence,” she explains. “Working on various projects, I discovered a genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.” Her journey began when she joined IHG Hotels in Jordan, where a friend encouraged her to explore opportunities in hospitality.
