A brand new luxury 5-star resort located in Amaala on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to lead its commercial strategy from pre-opening through to full operation. The resort is part of the Amaala mega-project — a luxury tourism destination along Saudi Arabia’s northwestern Red Sea coast, developed as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy. Amaala is designed to be an ultra-premium destination focusing on wellness, arts, and the natural environment, with a curated collection of world-class hotels and residential properties.

The property itself is a 5-star luxury resort with extensive room inventory, multiple food and beverage outlets, spa and wellness facilities, and high-end event spaces. It is being positioned as one of the flagship openings in the Red Sea region.

The Role: Head of Revenue

The Head of Revenue will be responsible for leading the revenue management function across the property, including:

  • Developing and executing the overall revenue strategy
  • Managing pricing, inventory, and distribution across all channels
  • Overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize total revenue
  • Implementing revenue management systems and tools
  • Leading and developing a team of revenue professionals
  • Reporting to senior leadership on commercial performance and market positioning

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in revenue management at luxury 5-star properties
  • Pre-opening experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency with revenue management systems (IDeaS, Duetto, or similar)
  • Experience in the Middle East market is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
