Part A — Candidate Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on StaffFinder, candidates agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Role

The platform operates as a technology service connecting employers and candidates.

The platform does not act as the employer and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Candidate Accounts

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Verification and Fees

Candidates may voluntarily participate in the verification process.

Verification is a digital service and associated fees are non-refundable. Current fees, accepted payment methods, and any applicable conditions are set out in our Pricing Policy, available at www.stafffinder.io/pricing. Fees are displayed in USD prior to payment. The platform reserves the right to update fees from time to time; changes will be reflected in the Pricing Policy before taking effect.

5. Profile Content and Intellectual Property

Candidates may not upload false documents, misleading information, or inappropriate material.

The platform may remove content or suspend accounts where violations occur.

By uploading content to the platform (including profile information, documents, and images), candidates grant StaffFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform and facilitating candidate-employer matching. Candidates warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they upload, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Platform Limitations

The platform does not guarantee job offers, visa sponsorship, employment contracts, or interview invitations.

7. Communications

Employers may contact candidates through the platform once a profile has been unlocked.

After unlocking, communication may occur outside the platform without involvement of the platform operator.

8. Account Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Candidates may close their account at any time by submitting a request via the platform or by contacting admin@stafffinder.io. Upon closure, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including deletion within the timeframes set out therein.

9. Liability

The platform accepts no liability for employment decisions, candidate conduct, employer conduct, or any contractual arrangements made outside the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United Arab Emirates law with jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify candidates via email or a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Candidates who do not accept the updated terms may close their account in accordance with Section 8.

Part B — Employer Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an employer account you agree to these Employer Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Employer Verification

Employers must submit accurate company information including valid business documentation.

The platform reserves the right to approve or reject employer accounts.

3. Credits

Credits are required to unlock candidate profiles or send opportunities.

Credits expire after six months unless part of a monthly subscription.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, to the extent permitted by applicable law. By exception, credits may be refunded or reinstated at the platform's discretion where a failure is directly attributable to a platform error or service outage. Current credit pricing, package details, and subscription tiers are set out in our Pricing Policy at www.stafffinder.io/pricing.

4. Candidate Data Usage

Candidate information may only be used internally for legitimate hiring purposes.

5. Anti-Circumvention

Employers must not attempt to identify or contact candidates outside the platform if the candidate was first discovered through StaffFinder. This restriction applies for the duration of the period during which the candidate profile remains unlocked, and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter.

This includes searching candidates on LinkedIn, social media, or other platforms using profile information obtained through StaffFinder.

Candidate information accessed through the platform constitutes personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). Employers must handle such data solely for the legitimate hiring purpose for which it was disclosed, in accordance with the PDPL and our Privacy Policy. Any misuse constitutes both a breach of these terms and a potential violation of applicable data protection law.

6. Database Protection

Candidate profiles are proprietary database content owned by 360 Agency Middle East FZ LLC.

Employers may not copy, export, screenshot, or reproduce candidate profiles.

7. Automated Extraction

The use of bots, scraping tools, scripts, or automated methods to collect candidate data is prohibited.

8. Violations

Violations may result in suspension, termination, loss of credits, and legal action, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Employers who believe a suspension or termination has been applied in error may contact us at admin@stafffinder.io to request a review. Employers may also close their account at any time by contacting admin@stafffinder.io.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform does not guarantee candidate performance, accuracy of information, or hiring outcomes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United Arab Emirates law with jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah.

We may update these Employer Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify employers via email or a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform or purchase of credits following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Employers who do not accept the updated terms may close their account in accordance with Section 8 above.
